En notas de negocios, la empresa BlackBerry está buscando demostrar que su rama ejecutiva está siendo cambiada y aquí la primera alza desde que John Chen asumió las riendas de la empresa.
BlackBerry ha anunciado esta mañana que Ron Louks ha sido nombrado Presidente de Equipos y Soluciones Emergentes para la empresa.
Louks estará reportando directamente al CEO John Chen en todos los asuntos, así como la necesidad de centrarse en roadmap, etc. de BlackBerry a largo plazo de hardware, software y diseño.
Aunque más bien suene un comunicado de prensa en torno a relaciones públicas, se nota en efecto que BlackBerry no dejara de hacer equipos o al menos en el futuro distante luego que la compañía logree el reenfoque y “arreglarse” internamente.
Se sabe que Ron Louks fue conocido ejecutivo tanto de Sony y de HTC, así que sabe a lo que viene realmente.
