Todo normal de parte del área de BlackBerry, a la vez que las distracciones o demandas por patentes siguen cayendo solas y precisamente un ejemplo con la empresa NXP.
Para hace exactamente dos años, en Abril del 2012, una empresa había demandado a la entonces Research In Motion por violaciones de 6 patentes que el BlackBerry PlayBook violaban en aquel entonces de la empresa NXP el cuál llevaron el caso a juicio rápidamente.
Las patentes tenían que ver con el procesamiento y manejo de datos, pero la verdad es que de 6, la empresa tuvo que retirar 3 reclamos, pero luego de dos años del caso ser sometido, el jurado solo le tomo menos de un día en deliberar y declarar a BlackBerry inocente.
